How to Register
To join our practice you should make sure you are within our catchment area (see below) then request a registration form and new patient information pack from reception or complete the relevant part of your NHS medical card and hand this to the Receptionist who will provide you with a new patient information pack.

Acceptance on to the list is as at the discretion of the Doctor. Please note that your medical records may take several weeks to arrive at the Practice.
Catchment area for Railway Group
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP, for example you may live too far away. If this is the case simply choose another GP in your local area.

The National Care Record Service (NCRS)
Important information regarding your NHS medical records – Summary Care Record
The National Care Record Service (NCRS) is the way in which health professionals now access the Summary Care Record (SCR). The SCR has not changed, it is just the way SCRs are accessed that has changed.

Organ Donation
