Our staff are all doing their best to deal with your queries and calls. We know it is frustrating if you cannot get an appointment, but our staff do an amazing job getting through hundreds of calls and enquiries each day at Railway.

It is totally unacceptable to raise your voice or swear at our staff. This is becoming an all too frequent occurrence. We are all doing our best in challenging times. 

We are actively trying to recruit additional clinical staff – but as you will have seen in the press there is a national shortage of GPs. We have a large multidisciplinary team of healthcare staff that may be able to help you.

Railway Medical Group operate a zero tolerance policy for abuse to our staff and repeat offenders will be asked to find a new practice. All phone calls are recorded.

Please be kind and treat our wonderful staff with respect. We cannot run the practice without them.
